Our Health Program Curriculum

In our 90-Day Program, you’ll participate in 12 sessions designed to help you become more attuned to your thoughts, feelings, and emotions that guide your daily choices in eating and self-nourishment. This program will empower you to take charge of your health and body, and to feel increasingly confident in understanding your body’s needs and how to meet them.

  • Sessions 1-4: We’ll focus on building your intuition and helping you recognize your body’s signals. This is a crucial step in establishing a foundation for sustained results, as it helps you move away from traditional dieting approaches that involve deprivation, yo-yoing, and negative self-talk.

  • Sessions 5-6: We’ll focus on helping you recognize self-sabotage and replace destructive habits with nourishing ones. These sessions are what set great coaching apart from the rest. It’s normal to fall off track at some point during the program, but we’ll teach you how to recognize when this is about to happen and how to prevent it. As you begin to experience change, your inner critic may try to revert to old, comfortable habits. In session 6, we’ll help you express your inner rebel in non-destructive ways and brainstorm more nourishing choices to incorporate into your life.

Coach Sumintra Andrews acquired most of her life skills, knowledge and work experience through working with various groups and organizations within the local communities. Her roles and positioned titles within these communities include: Secondary School Instructor (Subjects Taught: World History, U.S. History, Civics and Government Grades 6-12), New Educator Mentor/Induction Coach, Life and Wellness Coach, Content Creator, Social Influencer, Producer and above all titles mentioned, she is a mother to her 3 children plus the thousands of students she has mentored and taught over the years in the school setting. She pursued her education further by becoming a certified Health and Life Coach with the Health Coach Institute in 2019 and deepened her studies as an entrepreneur. As a Social Sciences Historian, she started to “dive deep” into her "breakthrough moments" and documented all of her life experiences she encountered and overcame. The more she learned, the more insight she gained which led to the creation of the transformational programs offered through Omega Alpha Organization. Her inspiration comes from teaching those who aspire to become Conscious Masters of their life, the path of self-awareness and how to obtain peace of mind.   • How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Nutrition and Fitness Expert?

    When I began my health and wellness transformation, I struggled with organization, planning, and motivation to execute the necessary steps to improve my overall quality of life. My health journey started in 2018 when I stumbled across an article that spoke about “The Rich Dad vs The Poor Dad.” The messages conveyed in the article motivated me to change my poor mindset and bad habits. I made a conscious decision to start eating healthy and thinking wealthy, rather than eating like a poor man, also known as the “grab and go” style, and stopped blaming it on the “no time for anything” syndrome. I began experimenting with different diets, researching the latest non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and learning new healthy food recipes to try. While I was off to a good start, I was missing the mark on what the true problem was. I slowly started understanding the language that my body was communicating and learned a great deal about the underlying causes in my core beliefs about health and fitness. I quickly realized I was looking into the wrong research and began investigating a more holistic approach to achieve my health goals. I used my intuitive “gut-feeling” to customize my own personal diet. I was so inspired by my own progress that I decided to get trained and certified on becoming a Health and Life Coach. In 2019, I made what was then a huge personal investment into my health and wealth. I became a certified Health and Life Coach in 2020 and created what is now known as the Omega Alpha Organization, an entity that inspires transformation in the lives of those who desire to upgrade their life.

    Although we will occasionally touch upon time management and other "executive responsibilities" I work on the inner and outer principles for success and look at your current lifestyle from an organic, spiritual, and clinical perspective. I'm not delicate when it comes to self-love, so you'll always get a straight to the point quick and honest response from me if you haven’t been taking care of yourself first. I'm concerned with how to fast track your health and success to the next level - to help you STOP wasting time, leaking your energy and your power where it doesn't belong, and get you focused on YOU. You may resist the change in habits- but you can be sure I will always coach you through the transformation.
